Rhythms & Soul Dance Studio Policies

We have a no refund
policy. All sales are final.
·
Rates,
instructors and schedules
are subject to change without prior notice.
·
There is a 24 hour
cancellation policy on all private lessons. To avoid being charged for
the lesson, private lessons must be cancelled at least 24 hours in
advance.
·
Pre-paid classes and
programs cannot be transferred, credited or redeemed as cash regardless
of the reason they were not redeemed by the client.
·
All students must sign
in at the reception desk before entering the ballroom. New students must
complete the registration/waiver form before participating in class.
·
A private lesson does
not assure a private room.
·
If you are late to
class by 20 minutes or more, the instructor has the right to limit your
participation.
·
If a student
participates in a class for any length of time, it is counted as a full
class.
·
A course may be
cancelled or postponed if less than six students are enrolled.
·
Group card packages
are per person only. You cannot pay for your friend's class with your
card.
·
All private lessons
are 50 minutes long.
·
Neither the choice of
a teacher nor a private room is guaranteed. Typically, the space is
shared with other private lesson students who may be learning other
styles of dance and playing other styles of music. Different music may
be rotated on an equal and shared basis.
·
The fee for a returned
check is $20.
·
Group cards and
private lesson packages must be completed by their respective expiration
dates. No carry-overs, no credits!
·
Rhythms and Soul Dance Studio, LLC.
does not give any refunds for unused classes. Group class, Privates,
Workshop, and Mini-course costs are quoted as a package; credits are not
given for services not used.

All lessons must be
paid for in advance.
·
The person(s) who will
be taking the classes must register in person. Absolutely no third party
registrations will be accepted.
·
If the registrant of a
class is under eighteen (18) years of age, they must be accompanied by a
parent/guardian at the time of registration.
·
Rhythms & Soul Dance
Studio is not responsible for student's personal items brought into the
studio.
·
In order to ensure the
safety of all our students, students must wear the required dance shoes
to participate in classes. Students will not be permitted to participate
in socks, flip flops or bare feet. You may purchase the required
footwear through local retailers or dance catalogs which are available
at the front desk.
·
Dancing is a physical
activity. Students participate in all classes and events at their own
risk.
